The Staten Island Ferry is free and operates every 15 minutes weekdays from 5 - 7 p.m., every 20 minutes from 7- 8 p.m., and every 30 minutes after 8 p.m.. On weekends, the ferry operates every 30 minutes until 7 p.m. and every 60 minutes after 7 p.m.
